Citizenship Identity Card

Privileged used Period: 2006-Apr-11 until 2016-Apr-11

This is Sawin’s citizenship identity card which was assigned to be officially published and authorized by High Excellence HUN NENG, the Provincial Governor of Kampong Cham province to identify individual of a clear race and nationality. Sawin was given the privilege of eligibly legal citizenship identity card in Cambodia based on the law of the Kingdom of Cambodia; however, the governor always changes per five years of mandate availability of the national election. All people from 18 years must have their own citizenship identity cards, if no they have to be recognized to do and to be approved for one time per 15 years to certify that s/he is very Cambodian including the body appearances and other marks on their bodies. This card could be officially used whenever s/he needs.

ON THE FRONT PAGE SIDE:

This card is designed with dark sandy color of the complicated frame with the leading titled words "KINGDOM OF CAMBODIA" with its motto "NATION, RELIGION, KING". It was sorted by the auto number from the RGC: 020474122. The next line is full name "OEUR SAWIN" (BUT ON THE ID CARD USED SAVIN NOT CORRECT, THE CORRECT NAME IS SAWIN: RGC’s mistake). The birth of date: "20 MARCH 1980". His was born in his hometown: "TAING KORK VILLAGE, TAING KRAING COMMUNE, and BATHEAY DISTRICT IN CAMPONG CHAM PROVINCE".

The next paragraph is the permanent address at the present time supposed by the RGC: "TAING KORK VILLAGE, TAING KRAING COMMUNE and BATHEAY DISTRICT IN CAMPONG CHAM PROVINCE". On the left hand side is the box of photo 3X4 over the background which is uniformed blur the Angkor Wat temple complex on the small golden curved strings under the recognized phrases. And

ON THE BACK PAGE SIDE:

There are many forms on the page without frames such the page background marked with the small golden curved strings under the Cambodia map which was showing the blue colour of Tonle Sap lake and Mekong river in the curved line. It is polished by the plastic. First is the signal of black code background of the citizenship identity card is to certify that this card is officially recognized by the Ministry of Interior and easy to find out in the following years. The second is the body height characteristically marks that consisted of a small mark on his forehead or pubis of 200 millimeters at the back under the right eye.

The third is 3-line divided into three sections for completing data. The first section on the right hand side is for signing by the citizenship but normally s/he is not required to sign, just leave it blank with the word "Signature" in Khmer. The second section is under the first section which is for stamping fingerprint with black ink scanned or captured by the computer camera. And the last section is for the governor to sign with his name and red color of the stamp signal accompanied by the date of expiration.

On this card, it was approved in Kampong Cham and valid until April 11, 2016 or it is expired from April 11, 2016. Under the date and place signed is the governor, the signature, the stamp and the name. The stamp is stamped on the signature, the governor and place signed. If happen in any cases or broken or lost, this card owner must immediately make a report to the local authority with privilege or the nearest policemen in order to search and to publish again if not found.

Registration Plaque (CARDGREE)

NO: 1AO-4183 PHNOM PENH (Asian Plate)

This is Sawin’s motor plaque card (VEHICLE REGISTRATION CARD) of Cent Series 98 which was assigned to be officially published and authorized by the Director of Department Public Works and Transport, Director Ngem Sarang. Sawin was given the privilege of legal motorbike identity card which was already paid tax 95USD for the Cambodian Customer for the vehicle taxation conditions which is supposed by the law of the Kingdom of Cambodia; however, the vehicle's owner must always pay more for the road tax in the each following year in the amount of 4500R.

So all the people who have any types of vehicles must have their own vehicle identity card if no they have to register to be paid and approved for one time for any vehicles without taxes to certify that those vehicles respect the code of law in the Kingdom of Cambodia including cars, tracks and all types of motorbikes but bicycles with no tax for the road conditions because they were paid ready when bought. On this plaque no consists of two sides described below:

ON THE FRONT PAGE SIDE:

This plaque no is designed by the Department of Public Works and Transport to certify that all who have this card could use their vehicle very legally and secured. It was made of strong double plastic thick potentiality embraced by the signals of Angkor Wat temple stamp in two completed circles and two half-completed complex of circles in very light golden color, white background, triangle edge card with the phrases applied such as first is "PLAQUE NO: 1AO-4183, PHNOM PENH" and second is the motorbike brand name "HONDA DREAM" with "BLACK COLOUR", type of "FEMALE STYLE", the engine no "C100MS-1077520" including the frame n "C100MS-1077520", speed "H.POWER: 100CC" is belonged to its owner name Mr. OEUR SAWIN stays in the address: 506Eo, Street 274 (Preah Sihanouk) Phoum 11, Sangkat Tuol Svay Prey Pir, Chamkar Mon, Phnom Penh.

The third is the box divided into two parts (1.Date of the first registration and 1.10-05-2010). The next is the PIN code marks in black color to certify that the Honda Dream Series 98 is officially registered above the "M-0101M-0101M-0101M-0101M" is to identify both black PIN code marks and the PLAQUE NO.

Last, on the right hand side below the owner photo of 3X4 is the approval with signature, name and stamp from the Director of Department Public Works and Transport, Mr. Ngem Saran conducted in Phnom Penh, on May 10, 2010. And

Automatical Transfer Machine (ATM)

This is Sawin's ATM card (ATM: Automatically Transferred Money/Machine) which was assigned to be officially published and authorized by the ACLEDA Bank Plc. which designed this card for all the ACLEDA Bank users who want to deposit their cash in the bank. Sawin was given the privilege of ATM card which was secondly republished because the previous one was lost in Kampong Cham province during implementing the project related cigarette product test.

Recently, increasing the number of the bank users do love using ATM because it is very easy for them to transfer, deposit and withdraw cash quickly from one to another location both in the country and oversea countries. Sawin has used this card for transferring cash to be paid for the part-time interviewers of the Market Strategy & Development Company (MSD) at the first time of using ATM in Phnom Penh since 2007. There are parts will be described in details below:

ON THE FRONT PAGE SIDE:

This card is designed with embracing its owner bank building photo to identify ACLEDA of which the head office in Phnom Penh very closed to Ministry of Information in the West of Wat Phnom pagoda. It looks very golden colour with its logo of The Golden Eagle on the top left of the card with the name of ACLEDA plus Khmer name. Its logo certifies the strongest power in cash business service in Cambodia and abroad. The code of this card is 9116 0129 0019 6483 issued in September 2009 to the owner name Mr. OEUR SAWIN to be its official member since by the year of 2009.

The surface looks splashing the light of golden colour with the owner name below embraced in the blue colour. On the left side over the centered arrow shows that we could use this card in this direction by rotating the front page side up when you get into the ATM booth and then select the language and press your password "******" and they choose any type of account you want. Last it automatically appears.

ON THE BACK PAGE SIDE:

We could see the black stride colour box hidden its password of your cash in your account but it could let you know when you insert it into the ATM machine. It is divided into some parts the first is the urgent telephone number you could call to ask about your account with this card: 24-hour customer service (855)-23-994-444 / (855)-15-999 233.

Now it has authorized signature but no this signature authorization in the past. It means that you have to pay 8 cents of USD per month for ATM service because its members increase fast. And the last phrases are "THIS CARD IS THE PROPERTY OF ACLEDA Bank Plc. must be returned upon request. If found, please return to any branch of ACLEDA.
