Sawin is willing to see he is a model of leaders in the management levels in the business and society that could be reflecting in responding to the recent requirements. To be a real leader is required us to do much work in different criteria with strong accountability, not skillful in one thing but skillful in managing the whole things.
He has goals to do the business in available time in the coming future. He has to strive physically and mentally hard to push the obstacles. He needs to release himself and his family from suppresses or ignorant habits before he could be available to be given the opportunity to work for the society. When we are able to help ourselves, we can spread those to help others and society.

He commits himself to use his potentiality to work in the social developments such as attending in the work performances of non-governments, civil affairs especially coordinating with the local authorities for social work purposes, companies, entrepreneurs, firms and publishing houses, working with the youth, elderly and the children. Moreover, he consolidates university students to discuss about personal developments, daily activities for lives to be reached goals, the society and global situation developments.
Use the recent qualifications in what required:
He obtained his higher education in English communications to respond the recent need such as the youth resource development programs, translating English to Khmer and Khmer to English. For instance, he teaches and trains the target audiences to be involved with accountability. He uses his experiences in informatics technologies of computer programs to design and make documents related to the work required. For examples, advertisements, publications and communications, interviewing candidates and arranging other relevant documents. He serves target persons as much as possible to let them satisfy.
Search documents and news to upgrade knowledge and skills:
He always researches documents via surfing Internet, checking and auditing the books and documents at bookstores and libraries. For improving self-capacity, he must extract some useful documents to read and paraphrasing some key words from his discoveries from various locations. Knowledge is required to develop day-to-day even if you have successfully graduated from schools but no one could reach at the highest top of the educators including the scholars like Socrates also studied until his death. In his free time, Sawin goes out to extract new information to sharpen his knowledge especially marketing; social, technical and designing work performances. He practices his public English communications and daily critical thinking skills to be part with other people.
Strengthen the recent relationship communications and keep friends in touch:
He produces his personal website to keep all his friends in touch because he could share useful things via webpage to confirm the new things to his friends. Moreover, he alerts his friends with the web ads on FB and emails. His friends who have left him for long could contact him via Facebook linked to his webpage, so they could receive the contact address if they lost. To strengthen relationship is the way not to discriminate how level involved persons in communicating in lives. Mostly they are busy, only the alerting message could let our entire friends can keep us aware of each other in where we have been living and working in. The relationship is the connections of more than two persons who usually have shared their things in the far. Sawin always keeps improving situations with his friends and related people both in his business and labor communications.
Share useful things, knowledge or any necessities to family, relatives, friends and the public:
The most important thing is to keep recording events and skills for the next generations to learn and avoid the overlapped misdeeds who already performed by the elderly people. This is important that Sawin could not keep his skills silently. He thinks of any appropriate time to share and transfer what he has known and experienced in the past to let others and the following generations to be aware of what wasting times, regrets, daily influences of the personal giants who mostly dominate ourselves in lives, dare not do something better and successful goals. To confirm our relatives and friends not to ignore the times because we will over elapse times and could not do anything of what we want in the future based on the time is passed away, extremely not coming back. Sharing to the public to be aware, we must conduct via TVs, newspapers, radios, magazines, booklets, brochures and networking connections. Disseminating information via networks is the mostly effective ways to transfer the news.
Develop skills day-to-day to be more qualified:
There is meaningless if we graduate from schools without continuation of self-improvement purposes. Sawin just thinks what he could undertake entire recent work is the part of accomplishing from graduations and since he has reached in the challenging world. He personally determines to conduct more improvements for his skills and qualifications. He is one the most patient persons who always focused on what he can produce for other people or any institutions to be more prosperous. However, the capacity is required to develop more and more daily because the mostly important involved person must try eating the time, not let time eating them. When they could not manage time means that the time eats them daily due to the wasting time in doing something useless or ignoring attention to pay their best. One person could produce something good for the next generation if s/he is qualified in using his/her sills effectively for all benefits, for examples, methods to train the young and create designing plans in various sectors.
Urge and clarify daily activities by limiting the habitual changes:
Too slow development if we still ignore to push ourselves to start doing right way what we have wanted. Accomplishing successful results based on our deeds, if we do not start setting plans or activities now, so when and where we could reach the success. We strive to urge our habitual activities to drill and vanish our laziness who is our personal giant who usually controls if we do not control her or him. He sets a limitation of the daily schedule to escape from all aspects of the ignorant appearances, to clarify what he starts doing first before the others come. In addition, he gets new ideas by joining with an NGO to cooperate to push critically thinking social development with the youth groups. He has paid more attention to separate daily activities by plans because he lost his much time in the past in doing something too broad. This causes him to feel stronger and must take care of his daily activities. The time passes away every day until now nothing success, on the experience results making regretful. To succeed improvement, we must punish ourselves if we do not follow our daily activity plans.
Change the most complicated to the easiest:
All things in our world are difficult or easy to do according to our critical thinking ability management strategies to undertake, what should we plan to do and what results we expect to get successful. Sawin strives himself to develop and find out methods to do the things he is going to undertake in actions. For example, to accomplish the editing the articles is to let the colleagues who involve with complete them first before they submit to be finalized. To start doing any first necessary work before we start doing the second necessary work. Do not think or find out too hard in work, just let think those in easy way broadly because we can have more goods ideas, if we strictly think too hard, we get stuck or stressed cannot do or solve any problems. Let our feelings and minds in the whole things, not just any small or edge one. Let’s think of other critical ideas to push our thoughts right away. Not doing more two things at one time, it makes us complicated and uncontrollable.
Discuss about the recent developing process with others' critical feedback and recommendations:
Let we do thinking simultaneously as we perform our activities because the doers don’t exactly know themself result. Sawin just take sometimes to talk with his colleagues for a developing purpose involved the recent performances. No one is perfect at doing things but must consider the action going as well. Other people could give the positive and negative recommendations due to their relationships with you. However, s/he still pretends to what we are doing the things. This is by the reason that we have lacked closed relationship with them. We do something with unawareness only people around us could give us the feedback. Facing the challenging improvement, Sawin discusses and talk with persons who have similar ideas of confirming each other for a human development purpose. He gets both positive and negative feedbacks from his friends and people he lets them happen the reactions of his action. We do not only need others’ ideas, we, ourselves, are as the most important one to start ahead.
Being against the obstacles calmly and use creative solutions:
No one could escape from any of the obstacles that happen to them daily because this is natural. We exactly have solutions to solve these matters in all types of circumstances, forms of problems and unexpected problems. We don’t turn back if we face problems because these problems will happen to us again unless we find out solutions to do as the lesson guidelines to improve for the following ways to break out the obstacles. Sawin always meets problems happening unexpectedly; however, he still keeps going to be against them. The creative solutions can be reflected by the person who actively thinks and does. There are different obstacles in our lives but if we deeply think of them, those are not obstacles. The obstacles are in our mind as the great giant who haunt and control us every day when we do not commend him to start actions. He controls as we lose ourselves control due to our weakness and asleep-mind and heart. We must use our mind and heart to commend him to start actions; we have no obstacles in front of us.
Autobiography
OEUR SAWIN has obtained a Bachelor Degree of Arts in majoring in English Communication. He educated at the faculty of Arts, Humanities and Foreign Languages and from Norton University from 2001 to 2004 and officially recognized, approved and signed by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport in April 2005. He had spent for twelve years at public schools before he spent 4 years at university after he successfully passed the General Education (Bacc II). Now he lives and works in Phnom Penh. He got married a Phnom Penh girl in December 2007 and recently having a son in more than 3 ages. There are five members in his family at his hometown (KC) but now they live in different locations for working, settling new residences, doing businesses and studying at university.
In Phnom Penh, there are five members in his wife’s house such Sem Son (Father-in-law), Ny (Mother-in-law), Sem Kalyan (wife), Sem Chakriya (youngest sister-in-law) and him. At the present time, Sawin lives with his wife near Olympic basin in the west part in street 274 (Sihanouk Blvd). He has left his hometown for the city since 14th March 1999 in order to work, study, and settle permanent residence in Phnom Penh. He has met various consequences in different situations in his whole life so far as described in details in the followings:
Sawin was born in March 1980 after the acute Civil War of Khmer Rouge regime was just vanished out of Cambodia governing. He did not attend the school yet because he was so young to escape from his childishness because most of his friends were enjoyable in playing rather than going to study at school. His friend always persuaded him to play billiard balls on the ground near his and friends’ homes. By that time, he played various games with his friends such as playing billiard balls, money circumferences, jumping trigger trap, climbing trees, cutting grasses, amplifier with speakers made of red mud, muddy tracks, creating bird cages, glue guns for spraying water and more.
In 1987, Sawin started his public school at Grade 1 because that there was no kindergarten class yet – so he started Grade 1. During his primary school period in his hometown Taing Kork village located in Taing Kraing commune, Batheay district, Kampong Cham province, he regularly woke up early mornings to go to school after preparing, cleaning and organizing space for his cows and oxen.
In 1989-1990, although the Civil War was still remained conflicts between the Government soldiers and guerrillas of Khmer Rouge always happened to fight each other in the west rice field of his village, he still continued his study without ignorance with his friends. Suddenly, a sound of explosion happened near his village in the southwest part but there were no any people injured or dead by the reason that the government soldiers used mortars and howitzers to fight artillery shells or cannon shells toward the core Khmer Rouge campuses only.
In 1990, there were remained fighting between Khmer Rouge and Government soldiers. The explosions left strong sounds over his village with thundering light flashing. He was frightened immediately by the bombs exploding around his village again because the Royal Government soldiers used howitzers to throw artillery shells from Prasath village over Taing Kork, Ork Tieng and Popeth villages to bomb the army soldier camps. It caused him to come back home early time for finding secured holes and ponds to hide himself with his family members from bullets and explosions.
In 1991 later, particularly, he came from feeding cows and oxen at the west rice field of his village when the Government Soldiers fought Khmer Rouge guerillas again. His parents called him for secured hiding—so serious situation. After the fight was stopped in next 2 days, his parents with other villagers went out for their daily occupation performances at the forest and finding out fish, vegetables (water convulvus, water lily,…etc.).
In 1992, there were coalitions and collaborations between KR guerillas and RGC soldiers to be integrated to make a peace by voting a country prime minister with the assistance from the United Nations Authorities for Ceasefire (UNTAC) that were invented by international countries at the end of the 1992.
In 1993, he passed the examination of Preliminary General Education (Elementary Grade – Level 1). Out of his study time from school, he was advised to do some works by his parents especially he did the homework given by his teachers. He was one of the active boys who always took his precious time to read books and help do the housework for his parents. He assisted to harvest and stomp rice repeatedly with the soles of his feet and carried a two-or-three-oxen and cows to tramp rice at the rice threshing yard especially he threshed rice at nights as well.
In addition, Mr. Nheun Mao, the principle of the Taing Kork primary school where he studied at, was fierce and meant to all of the students coming to school late. Sawin was beaten by his primary school principle with 2 rules because he was late due to preparing to compile his parents’ thatches or straws to tie in a tripod arrangement before he went to school.
In 1993-1995, he studied hard until he successfully passed the primary school examination. Then he continued to study at the Chheung Chhnouk Secondary School in the late 1993 to 1995. He helped his parents work at the rice fields and feed animals after he left his class as well. At the same time, he studied French at school and English in part-time class. He went to study at the Chhoeung Chhnouk Secondary School days. He spent for three years to pass General Education Examination (Bacc I). In his secondary school, he studied with his friends such as Sina, Voeun, Reth, Rith, Nhen Savoeun, Hom Sony, Srey Mao, Srey Ith, Chan Narun, Chan Panha, Hom Leap, Kheng, Chanda, Yeth, Sam Oeun, Ava,... and more from Taing Kork, Ork Tieng, Popeth, Prasath, Thboung Phnom, Chhoeung Chhnouk, Taing Kraing, Chea Lea, Thnal Keng, Phoum Chong, Bek Peang, Krang Svay, Sakeoub and Sambou villages.
Meanwhile, he didn't have any means of the transportation to school due to the school was far from his home. Crossing the rice culm and haulms fields making quick sounds of rice culms, he walked on his feet to school sometimes with his friends’ transports. He got a help from his friend in picking him up to school and back home. On the other hand, he scheduled the subject timetables for a day-to-day study at home and homework activity. The general examination was reached the deadline. He went to check his name in the exam list posting at Skun High School exam center before the exam date 2 two days by preparing some necessary documents. In the two following weeks, he got confirmed that he was successfully passed making him feel so happy especially his parents and brothers felt glad in his exam results. He continued to study at the Skun High School located in Skun village, Chhoeung Prey district, Kampong Cham province where he spent for one in Grade 10.
In 1996, he studied at Skun high school while he was staying in a cashew cottage surrounded by the vegetables located in the south-west edge of the Skun high school campus. With his friends such as Hom Sony, Sinna, Sopheap and he found out the cassavas and potatoes in the nearest area on Sundays to eat instead of food during free class time. They were lacking of food, so that they had to cut young banana siblings for making Sam Lor Sngor Doeum Chek (banana soup boiling) with a few fish. In his spare time, he went to study Mathematics, Physique and Chemistry before the Semester Examination of High School started. He never failed his exams by the reason that he tried studying his best. He studied with various friends Khy, Im Pou Nhep, Suon Chheng Horn, Heng Dina, Kong Sinin, Samphois, Ruosoly, Panha, Sun Youra, Samnang and more from Pa’av, Taing Kork Baray, Skun, Preak Cha, Batheay, Phnom Del, Chhea Lea, Taing Kraing, Chhoeung Chhnouk, etc. He came back home during his school vacations to help work his parents harvest rice and housework.
In July 1997, there was a conflicting coup in Phnom Penh. Reference to his oldest brother Oeur Song, the Public Teacher of Physics at the Serey Mongkul High School (SMKHS), after he successfully passed Exam of the Grade 10 at Skun High School (SHS), he was advised to arrange his incoming Grade 11-12 to study at SMKHS which was the First Generation High School just opened near the Damrei Sar pagoda in Prey Chhrov village, Rokakong Pir commune, Moukampol district in Kandal province closed his hometown. At the same time, he stayed at his uncle' house, Mr. Ouch Sam Ol and Mrs. Muth for a period of time in the Grade 12. Staying at his uncle and aunt not easy because he had to weak up early mornings to help prepare cassavas and potatoes for his aunt to sell at the Chong Preak market closed to Chong Preak Bridge near the Chakoraram pagoda (called Chong Prek pagoda) in Chong Prek village. His uncle steamed cassavas in the big frying pans. The steamed cassavas were nice and satisfied smell. Sawin was helping his aunt plant cabbages, vegetable fertilizers, corns, chilly seeds, cassavas, sugar canes and potatoes; moreover, he helped carry water to spray all the vegetables in the mornings before he went to school and in the event after coming back from school.
In 1998, it was the final year of his high school that he had to spend more times to study in part-time as well. He went to study Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology with his friends such as Ly Thong, Chea Visal, Vy Yana, Nim Vuthda, Chhun Eung Kav, Kong Sinin, Moeung Vicheka, Ear Dara, Sok Lin, Kim Hong, Chea Channy, Chea Chanthy, Sok Noeun, Ear Phalla, Sokong, Sophan called Akhmao (Black man), Heng Theany, Chea Socheat, Soeung Monarith, Hor Ry, Vong Keo Sothun, Heng Dina, Hom Sony, Ms Daneth and other friends from Preak Dambang, Prey Chhrov, Rokakong I&II, Pur Ralom, Peam Chhi Kang, Prasath, Sveng Pear, Chhor Tea Phruos, Krang Svay, Chhoeung Chhnouk, Phnom Del, Spean Dach and Chong Preak villages.
Committing to compete the challenging situations in Phnom Penh, he did not forget to study English with teacher Hong far from the Phsar Rokakong market about 1 kilometer. Then he opened a part-time class of English firstly beginning with a number of two students at his uncle’s house and then he continued to open at SMKHS step-by-step to increase a number of the students. At the end of the year 1998 after doing the examination, he successfully passed the General Examination (Bacc II) at the Preak Onh Chanh High School Exam Center called Chea Sim Preak Onh Chanh High School (CSPOCHS). It was the First Proud Generation of SMKHS obtaining 97% of its students passed the General Educational Examination. After that time, Sawin left for the city to continue his higher educations and work based on his commitment and goals.
On March 15, 1999, it was a first time and very new living in the Phnom Penh capital after he successfully passed his Bacc II from SMKHS. He began his life to live and work in a very challenging society and hard work. He had his potentiality to speak English and French a little but read it well including Thai just fair. He had Thai basic from SMKHS. He started working as a security guard for the Banana Center. It was challenging with his colleagues who were the same positions because he was one of active employees who took his free times to study. For example, Uncle Ly who was the BNNC Director’s father told all employees that, “All of you are standing on the rice, if you do not eat rice, so who can let you eat this rice even if you do not want to eat rice”. This recommendation gave Sawin more hopefulness and motivation to improve his skills in language and computer literacy. Then he made a decision to request Director Chan Sokkhieng to deduct his monthly salary to continue his university study but the Director did not approve his request, just let him study short courses only. But at the end of the year 2000, he tried to request again, he was reached to be officially approved to study at Norton University by deducting his monthly salary 40%. He spent 2 years to work hard before he succeeded his university goal. He simultaneously worked in full-time and studied in the evening class.
For choosing his professional major, he decided to choose the majoring in English Communication because he already knew and could use computer. That was why he needed to know English and would use it internationally and efficiently in searching technical words in computer and businesses. Although he worked and studied at university but he missed his parents and felt pity on himself to do what could be useful to give his parents the hope. He took his free times after work to go visiting his parents at the countryside.
It was not easy work but he habitually thought that the work could provide him more developed if he got more new things to do because he just specialized in computer from his past experiments. He endeavored hard work under pressures from his boss; however, he still welcomed to accept to do more new tasks. He satisfactorily tried to do his best to commit the success for his life and the employer’s institute. Based on his commitment to himself for self-improvements caused him to alert the boss to take a strict consideration to Sawin’s potentiality as soon as to upgrade his position from the security guard to be an active full-time staff who was able to use computer as usual in the office.
In 2000, he changed his ex-job to undertake the full-time position of executive clerk after being an office staff for the Banana Center (BNNC) and quickly self-improving pushed him to be changed again to be a higher position working for the rector Mr. Chan Sokhieng at Norton University (NU). He met his lost $5 due to the fortune teller an older woman who told him about good luck took his bad luck in money with her.
In 2001, he was promoted to work closely with the rector in designing and being in charge of the secretary affairs and assisting rector to do extra work. He felt satisfied because he was one of the actively developing staff who worked without taking advantages of time. He worked overnight sometimes because the urgent tasks were required to accomplish and submit to the rector to revise and approve. His skills in PC designs were gradually improving day-to-day. However, he did not still satisfy what he was developing, so he was eager to know more works in the society instead of educational institutes.
In early 2003, he asked the rector to resign from NU to start performing the social work for a private Chinese translation agency named “CHRISTINA’S LANGUAGE WORKSHOP (CLW)” because he required upgrading his ability in the social work responsibilities and marketing fields because his major in English, CLW required who knew English. He worked with Ms Lak Sok Eang who was from KC as well in charge of operating the office affairs. Ms Eang could work for Hanuman Construction Company Ltd because she was able to speak Chinese fluently. At CLW, Sawin worked smoothly with her and Saing Hean, the English Translator now in USA. By that time, he went to work by bicycle. He rode it to work daily with perspirations until he got higher fever of malaria and intestine at the same time. Unfortunately, CLW was closed in early March 2005 due to the Director Christina Liu was advised to live in Canada alongside the Green Card Lottery Committee invited to complete the forms to live in Canada because she won a chance, so she was planning open an office there as well.
In April 2005, Sawin went to teach English in part-time at the Boston Town Center (BTC) in Sangkat Chbar Ampov I and in Sangkat Preak Pra, Khan Mean Chey, PP. Accidentally, he was met and advised by Mr. Som Muny at NU to open a small business with a shareholder capital of $500.00USD to run this business by using Mony’s house as the office firstly but Sawin refused to cooperate to do because he had no money. While he was teaching English at BTC he went to borrow his parents’ $900 to invest in a non-profit organization in Sangkat Prey Sar, Phnom penh. This happened when he made extraordinary initiatives to join in the social work with his friends, Yang Sovannara, Hom Sarath, Lao Sarath and others to gather operating a organization called “THE DEMOBILIZED SOLDIERS AND THE POOR (DODSAP)” with the demobilized soldiers, Pray Chheing, Hour, Chhay Vina, Sokhim, Sokhieng, Dith Sareth, Sam Oun and so on. He spent much time to work with voluntary demobilized soldiers and the poor to create and run a social project regardless of making new partners. However, he was just met and advised by his friend, Mr. Prom Sovannara, to take a consideration of starting the Networking Business Marketing. Then I requested to deduct his $500 out of his total budget $900 from FTB to invest this biz.
On October 20, 2005 to September 2006, he was doing this biz. First of all, he invested his $650 to buy an account of GSS and getting back the product of jewelry. He became full-privileged and promoted be an independent representative for Quest International (QI). Most main responsibilities are to mobilize people to understand and invest money in this global biz, train and strengthen and enhance TCOs (MexTraining & Individual Training). Continually, he recorded the daily reports for contacting strangers. The amount of $100 was borrowed from his friend to join in running biz. His parents complained him to critically think or stop doing the biz or organization but he still continued in want to succeed his goals. At the same, he taught English at Asia Euro University (AEU) and taught Mr. Pheap the English at home as an English tutor in the old stadium.
In September 2006, he went to attend the conference at Pannasastrar Univeristy and met Mr. Lay Nefong to discuss about the job. Mr. Nefong was aware of Sawin was the former staff from Norton University where was known as the good institute to train and educate staff well especially the ones who worked with Mr. Chan Sok Khieng. Thus he was advised to have an interview at a private company on 14 October and successfully passed the interview to start work on 16 October 2006 till 30 March 2010. It was called “Market Strategy & Development Co., Ltd” or “MSD” to sell the survey services throughout the country. At the beginning a research job, he worked as a general research assistant but a few months later, he was promoted to be a Field Supervisor (FS) in charge of managing, monitoring and implementing various projects. This was because his alternative and interactive potential improvements and perseverance in research work. Very fortunately, he had a great opportunity to travel to work in more than 20 cities-provinces such as PP, KC, KR, ST, RK, MK, PR, SV, TK, KP, KS, KU, KD, KN, PS, BB, BM, SR, KK and KT.
In April to November 2010, he spent his time to continue his vocational training in designing Cutting Video Spot and Karaoke designs. Sawin went to contact Mr. Ek Darariddh to apply for the position of the marketing and graphic designer for Cambodian International University (CamIU). He was admired and encouraged by the president of CamIU in his designing achievements especially he drew the frames and created arts of layouts for advertisement publications. He got understood of the recent life improving in arts and designs. However, he made a decision to change his job to apply for the social work. He planned to open a small business focused on loaning. At the end of October 2010, he applied for resignation from CamIU to do a biz during his improving skills in designs satisfied by the president. Unfortunately, he failed again this extraordinary biz investment again with Mr. David James, Malaysian, at the beginning of January 2011.
In February 2011, he applied for a job at the Youth Resource Development Program (YRDP) in Khan Tuol Kork, Phnom Penh to undertake the position of project assistant but he was negotiated and accepted to undertake the position of publication and communication unit. He joined and abided by the YRDP’s internal staff rules that provided the Term of Reference of job to do. Sawin accepted to this job after the interview. The social work was not new for him because he experienced in project management and surveys in social sector as well. He did not know anyone in this organization before applying but then he got to know all staff of the YRDP. He was reached to make a 2011 contract while other staff had done. NGO was not like company but a non-profit institute with impartiality, independence, non-discrimination against religions and races. It was mainly training Cambodian youths to be critical and active citizens and grew the future leaders. It served the whole public and social benefits of Cambodia. Sawin had attended in the program activities of YRDP and promoted to participate in outside NGOs’ conferences. He got a little bit misunderstood with his wife because he made a business plan.
On the hand, he undertook tasks proposed by the YRDP’s executive committees and staff. Working for YRDP was very good and fortunate for him according to the participatory system required all the levels of the staff and volunteers to share and propose ideas in staff meetings and strategic plan discussions. It was not long enough to work for YRDP because he finished his one-year contract and 3-year projects of 2009-2011.
Now YRDP remains some projects in progress and negotiating with donors for other projects of 2012-2014. As the result, YRDP has been doing the good job to engage, promote and motivate the Cambodian youths, who don’t like social work, take part in the social development especially they could improve their socially critical thinking skills. Sawin has kwon youths from different universities and took socially analytic discussions with them to share social knowledge and find out the reality in Cambodia.
Sports
In sport fields, first of all, Sawin does love playing Footballs with friends in his spare time to get healthy and strengthen physics. The second sport is the Length Running, this type of sports required Sawin to strengthen leg muscles in veins of supporting the whole body weight to manage all characteristics. The third sport is the Height Jumping, one of the sports, which requires Sawin to enrich healthy in legs to the strong resource to commend body especially it transfers the power to sightseeing. Lacking of eyes muscles energy causes any types of the failures in our lives control to be against the public fields. Height Jumping makes us pay careful attention when we want to consider something in the far distinctions.
The fourth is the Rope Climbing, also one of the sports, which provides Sawin with the accountability to enrich his arm muscles healthy in cooperation with the veins connected to the brain veins. The next is Golf. Sawin played golf a lot when he was living in his hometown. The fifth sport is Snooker (billiard) enriching eyes and arm muscles with brains focusing together before we start knock the balls into the holes. The last sport is the Swimming, also one of the sports, which enrich our arms and leg muscles power more healthy. In the past time, he swam a lot with friends especially the rainy seasons because the flooding much water to play.
Food and Drinks
Most of the people usually do love their foods and drinks based on their basic needs. Sawin loves foods made of Beef Soups, Chicken, fish and other meats. Particularly, he loves soups with vegetables such as Ma Chhou Soup. It is made of water lily, cucumbers, egg plants, cabbages, Kam Phlaok, No Nong, Trakuon, Prolit, Young Banana, cauliflowers and more green vegatables. He likes the fish soup, stir fried mixed vegetables, seafood and more.
In addition, he loves some drinks such Bacchus with Free Sugar, Coca Cola (Coke) and mineral water. Also, he likes some snacks such as cakes and pasteurized milks as well.
Songs, Music, Videos and Dramas
Loving songs, Sawin does loves both pop and classical songs such as songs sung by Mr. Sin Sisamoth, Keo Sarath, Preap Sovath, Noy Vanneth, Ruos Serey Sothea, Pen Ron, Eung Yeng, Sous Math, Eung Nary, Khemerak Srey Mon and more. Those are related to life, social and emotional educations. For example, hip hop is the quick rhythm to let us think quickly.
For music, he likes both pop and classical music such as the music used for sound effects to attract audiences in some video dramas; sound effect of the romantic wind brings us to the far directions broadly. Sawin listens to music and songs when he gets stressed or unsecured feeling controls in order to release those out. Relating to the videos, Sawin likes hot modern video performing in the educational fields both self-improvements and social developments.
Moreover, he likes Cambodian dramas even if this drama looks so old but the spirits of the elderly people from Angkorean regimes. We learn what caused Khmer by that time late in developing. Our Cambodian dramas confirm us about the long period of time of the Khmer cultures and civilizations. It will be passed away if all of us do not take care of them because other cultures and civilizations are imported into Cambodia fast especially the youth generation as the IT arising.
Radios, TV and Newspapers
Every people all over the world are recently interested in hot news related to their daily life situations such as business, economics, finances, incomes, domestic expenditures, occupations and good prices but they less interest in politic news in Cambodia because amazing and duplicated mistakes made by the political leaders. Sawin likes reading news related to global & national economics and Finances involved with the recent market situations. Daily news is the vein in our body to raise life better and quickly reflect to any reformations.
Sawin watches TV news in English and Khmer like the channels of CNN, TVK, CTN, Bayon, ABC, CNBC, Bloomberg (Economic TV), BBC, HBO, MAX and Discoveries TVs. Most news related to the modern Informatics Technology Development and the strategies conducted by other countries.
He reads newspapers such as The Cambodia Daily, Koh Santepheap Daily, Reaksmey Kampuchea Daily, Moneak Seka Daily, Phnom Penh Post and DAP. He mostly reads in briefs of the titles and some main sentences after titles only. To read news daily, we can improve our life skills to respond to the recent requirements.
On Radios, he listens to RFI, VOA, RFA, Beehive, 107.50FM, 103FM, 93.5FM, 106FM and 100FM relating to the hot news especially the recent developments both in Cambodia and foreign countries. He likes most programs that educate people to have solidarity and integrity on the purpose of mobilizing all Khmers to be one group. According to the radio broadcasting, ads is also the popular program to let us understand how many new products present at the market, if we avoid watching or listening to ads programs we avoid our knowledge developments in product worlds. People mostly consume the products including personal cares, house cares and foods products daily. So this is very important that Sawin takes curiosity with.
Internet, Reading and Writing Blog
Now the Internet is one of the mostly quick news transformation system which is emergently used by the people over the world to transfer information to each other easily and quickly safe as required. Sawin likes surfing Internet for updating news and knowledge improvement because we received information from each other fast like Facebook, Twitter, Face.com, Google, Yahoo, Gmail,...and a lot more. Using Internet, we have a lot of main websites to surf and read news, for example, we find jobs (BongThom.Com, CamHR.com, Cambowork.com...), giving us the easy to apply for jobs. Sawin creates blogs with free authorization to host his personal information and other news for the public benefit.
Sawin likes searching websites at Cafe shops because it is easy for him to use his laptop with WiFi system to connect linked websites of what he has wanted to contact; he can send and receive emails quickly with his friends involved in persons. Moreover, using Internet, we can exchange our information by chatting as well. So Internet could provide us with too many easy ways of transforming information to each other quick and save time.
In addition, our abilities are never stopped growing and pausing if we put our daily improvement plans committing to perform without ignoring against or gossiping obstacles. So Sawin sets his self-improvement plans due to he believes his capacities never stop developing unless he determines to do more and more daily especially reading books and writing texts are the ways for him to arrange what he is going to do and where he is going to.
However, Sawin takes his times to improve writing texts in blogs; he feels still not improved. He reads some books of the world Leader stories, the ways that can be applied for all circumstances.
Leisure Time
OEUR Sawin, in his free times, usually helps others what he is able to put himself in place for recommendation raising and other relevant things which are avoiding the mitigation. He goes out to research documents, market products, social issues and marketing opportunities.
In addition, he uses WiFi to surf Internet for news and check all of his emails with his Laptop which one of the fastest mechanism ways to provide him with the easy requirements of information collections. He has read some books to update his skills even if he is available in the recent qualifications but continuation of self-improvement is the most important to link himself to the other world that is so challenging. Useful books are not easy to meet because the different purposes to set.
Most importantly, he watches TVs focusing on significant programs related to English quantitative and qualitative discussions because they are useful for him to improve ability in conducting his communication skills. There are some programs on the channel of Bloomberg TV for business communications, HBO & Max for English improvements in listening, Speaking, Practicing, Posturing, Saluting, Greeting, Public Speaking, Addressing, Improving languages in the developed countries, Transferring some good gestures, body language, nonverbal cues and more.
In his free time, he listens to Radios based on necessary programs related to world economic, social, financial, religious, English pronunciation and more in any appropriate time. He is busy but he takes his sometimes to help his family do something and shopping.
Moreover, he goes to visit his parents at his hometown, Taing Kork village, helps parents do some work for them in agricultural fields. He takes some pictures along his traveling across the attractive and noticeable places for new creative ideas to be documented pictures. He also visit friends and attends important events made by his friends’ invitations.
