Sawin attended in YRDP Youth Exchange Program (YEU: Youth Empowerment Unit) with Youth Council of Cambodia (YCC) located in Siem Reap province for 3 days on September 1-3, 2011 in order to assist in capturing fixed photos and videos to produce the organizational documentary videos and post news. Sawin actively joined to coordinate the spots of youth reflection activities in capturing styles.
The program was organized to exchange volunteer youth with the community especially the council members and commune chiefs. After the youth completed their work, Sawin joined in touring some parts of tourism sites like Angkor Wat temple and Night Market to study more about the foreign tourist situations going to markets at nights and the tourists visiting Angkor Wat Temple daily. Then, Sawin attended to capture program activities in Puok commune where YRDP youth YCC youth were commencing their field practices in advocating with the local authorities and villagers. This commune, based on commune chief, is gradually developed to build sewages. The commune chief and district deputy governor joined together with youth, Buddhist monks and public school students.
