Majoring Period: Jan 2001 to March 2005
The Bachelor Degree
is to be described in details below is of which the achievement Sawin
obtained from his higher educational institute named Norton University
which was the first private university opened in Cambodia since 1996 in
order to respond and satisfy the students' basic needs and others who
are willing to use human resources from Norton. Before he obtained this
degree he had to follow the university study conditions for 4 years from
the first year to the fourth by implementing subject preparations. On
the purpose of BA completion, he had to pass all subjects in each Semester in each year of terms.
All
forms of this degree are ratified and approved by H.E. Kol Pheng, The
Minister of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport of the Royal
Government of Cambodia according to the law recognized officially.
However, we could include all points such as squared frames, colour,
background images, border lines under the frames, officially recognized
sentences in Khmer and English for internal and external uses plus
signature and stamps from the MOEYS and Norton's Rector to make official
reorganization included the dried stamp and red stamps colour.
Degree Frame: The
degree is bordered by the dark purple colour made of decorative
painting by the artist in order to make the whole degree so decorative
frames look professional and officially recognized. The background image
is embraced and embossed by the phrase of NORTON UNIVERSITY with light
blue colour in duplicated phrases in lines. The size of the squared
decorative frames is bigger than A4 landscape but smaller size than A3
Landscape. All decorative curves are merged together linked from one to
another frame edge.
Inside Degree:
It is supposed by the MOEYS to put the motto title: MINISTRY OF
EDUCATION, YOUTH AND SPORT on the left hand side, NU and BA in the
centered of the degree under the MOEYS and under the KINGDOM OF
CAMBODIA.
The
English on the left translated into Khmer on the right with the
following means: THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION, YOUTH AND SPORT having
approved the minutes dated 26 April 2005 of the Academic Board of Norton
University, certifies that OEUR SA WIN, born on 20 March 19980. He has
satisfied the requirements of the University of the Award of the Degree of Bachelor of Arts in English majoring in English Communication.
This degree is presented to the bearer with all the rights and
privileges thereto pertaining. The below part is signed by the Rector
Chan Sok Khieng of Norton University on the left side under the English
text and signed under the Khmer Text equals meanings to the English Text
on the right side by the High Excellency, Dr. Kol Pheng, The Minister
of Education, Youth and Sport.
Degree Stamps and Signatures: There
are three stamps with one embraced and embossed Norton Logo on the
background the degree. The first stamp and signature are red and dark
blue belonging to the University's owner underneath by its owner name
Mr. Chan Sok Khieng in blue. The second is the dried stamp which is
stamped on Sawin's Photo (4X6) in embraced and embossed without colour
but it shows the stamp mark-prints mixed together with photo and degree
background. On the photos consists of code numbers 4128SN provided by
Norton University to identify that Oeur Sawin's photo is actually real
image and the certain graduated student from Norton University. The last
part is the space of the Ministry's Approval which is tamped by the
Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport with the signature, Ministry's
Stamp and H.E.'s signature in dark blue with the name in red dated 24
June 2006 by the reason that the traditional uses of the Ministry of
Education, Youth and Sport of The Royal Government of Cambodia. Sawin's Bachelor Degree is valid and officially used from the signature date from the Ministry.
